All Around Auto Mechanics

If I could do a negative stars I would!!!!! Absolutely terrible experience. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The communication was dishonest from the beginning, and I constantly felt like I was being misled about what was supposedly wrong with my vehicle. I was quoted extremely high prices for parts and repairs, but when I asked questions about the parts, the information kept changing and nothing was clearly explained. I also had a very difficult time getting receipts and documentation for the work that was supposedly done. On top of that, after paying a large amount of money, the vehicle still was not properly fixed. It honestly felt like new problems were being added just to increase the bill. The professionalism was unacceptable as well. Instead of treating customers seriously, employees appeared careless and unprofessional while customers were spending thousands on repairs. The owner do not fix anything instead seats at the desk watch the camera and drink beer. Overall, this was one of the worst mechanic experiences I’ve ever had. Overpriced, unorganized, misleading, and poor-quality work. Save yourself the stress, money, and headaches and take your vehicle somewh

I'm so amazed at how quick a grown man can lie in a matter of minutes. Not only did my car get partly done by their associate and paid, I had to tow it to another damn mechanic, all around auto, to fix what Wayne already messed up and forgot to put on, etc.We were told parts were ordered Monday coming in that Wednesday or Thursday after the car was brought in the week before on Thursday. Suddenly the day comes for parts to be in Anthony states we didn't order the parts until yesterday, Wednesday. So yet again another lie. Atp I realize their not serious and not truthful in anyways. We have had to tow the vehicle elsewhere to a more honest shop that'll actually put on the foot work.

Jacky Mechanics!! Don't go here they damaged my seals on my power steering gearbox. Make sure you check your vehicle before leaving if they switched out parts make sure you SEE the old parts!!
